Every 20-passenger minibus comes standard with high-speed 4G/5G Wi-Fi supporting up to 15–20 devices simultaneously—perfect for checking email, streaming music, or joining video calls while crossing mountain routes like US-64, NC-28, or Highlands Road. The network is password-protected, supports VPN access for corporate groups, and can be upgraded with additional data bandwidth upon request. Guests can stay connected between Highlands, Cashiers, or out-of-town destinations without eating into their personal data plans. Our support team monitors connectivity remotely and will troubleshoot any issues en route to ensure reliable service across the Plateau.

Several of our 20-passenger minibus models can be equipped with a compact onboard restroom—ideal for longer trips between Highlands, Asheville, or Atlanta, or for events where quick access is essential. The restroom is located at the rear of the cabin, features a hands-free flushing system, and includes a small sink or sanitizer station. While primarily intended for emergency use, it’s fully ventilated, regularly serviced, and stocked with paper products for passenger convenience. If a restroom-equipped minibus is required, please specify this when booking so we can assign the appropriate vehicle.

All 20-passenger minibuses are equipped with multiple flat-screen HD monitors—either ceiling-mounted or integrated into the forward bulkhead—for DVD playback, HDMI input, or streaming video via onboard Wi-Fi. Perfect for corporate presentations, wedding slideshow, or keeping youth groups entertained with movies on longer routes. Audio can be routed through the main sound system or via optional wireless headphones. Bring your own media on USB, DVD, or HDMI-connected devices, or request streaming access to platforms like YouTube and Vimeo.

Each seating row includes dual USB-A/C ports and at least one 110V AC outlet—ideal for charging phones, tablets, or laptops during the journey. Larger devices or equipment requiring continuous power can be accommodated with additional outlets located mid-cabin and near the rear of the minibus. All outlets are surge-protected, clearly labeled, and tested prior to departure to ensure every device stays powered between stops.

Advanced climate control keeps the cabin comfortable year-round, with powerful A/C for humid summers and efficient heating for winter trips over mountain passes. Each minibus features individual air vents above the seats, allowing passengers to adjust airflow and temperature to their preference. The system maintains a consistent environment throughout the vehicle, ensuring everyone stays cool or warm regardless of weather conditions outside.

Our 20-passenger minibuses feature plush, leatherette upholstery in black, charcoal, or two-tone finishes—designed for both comfort and easy cleaning. High-back seats offer ergonomic support, adjustable recline, and optional headrests for longer journeys. The upholstery is durable, stain-resistant, and adds a touch of sophistication for executive or formal events. Seating layout can be customized with forward-facing or conference-style arrangements upon request.

Carry-on bags, backpacks, and jackets can be stowed in spacious overhead racks running the length of the cabin, while larger items are stored in rear cargo area accessible from outside. The minibus can accommodate luggage, equipment cases, or coolers without sacrificing aisle space. For groups with additional gear, folding seats or expanded storage options are available.
